American Farm Bureau July 4th Summer Cookout

Thank you for participating in the American Farm Bureau Federation's special survey to track the cost of a traditional July 4th cookout. Your input helps us share an accurate snapshot of grocery prices nationwide.
 
Please follow these guidelines as you complete the survey:
  • List the retail price for each item below.
  • Sale prices and store brands are OK, but please do not use:
    • Package promotions
    • Paper coupons
    • Special deals like “Buy One, Get One Free” or bundled food packages at a special price
  • Prices may be checked at any grocery store, chain, or food warehouse through June 7.
  • If the product is not available in the suggested size, enter the price for the available size and note the size in the comment section. (Helpful reminder: 1 lb. = 16 oz.)
  • If a product is not available at all, note that in the comment section and continue the survey.
  • Unless otherwise specified, report prices for fresh items grown using conventional production practices.
